Conditioning classes are designed to enhance cardio, flexibility, strength & speed
The Academy’s conditioning classes incorporate a variety of cardio, strength and stretching elements in order to increase student’s speed, power and flexibility. A typical conditioning class will consist of a variety of punching and kicking drills based on Wing Chun principles, all designed to enhance cardio and power and technique. A range of pushup and abdominal drills, in addition to station work and defense techniques also can be a part of conditioning classes.
Conditioning classes are available to all ages and abilities. Students are encouraged to ‘work within’ their abilities until they obtain optimal cardio, power, flexibility and skill levels.
